- This is a budget brand battery but offers decent value for money.
- The batteries I tested used 4 x 100Ah Ganfeng LifePO4 cells and a 100A JBD Battery management system (BMS) with over temperature protection built in.
- It Performed well in Capacity Tests but has no low temperature protection

- This offering from Kepworth is another budget battery. It utilises 8 x 50Ah pouch cells in series/ parallel to give 12v 100 amp hours. It has a decent battery management system with over temperature protection but no low temperature protection. Decent sized terminals but overall build quality was very poor.

This 12V 230Ah LifePO4 Battery is very well built and comes in a metal case.
It can easily handle a 12V 3500 watt inverter!
During my test & teardown I boiled a full 230V 3000W Domestic kettle with this battery and it did it with ease thanks to a specially developed 300A battery management system that is also Victron GX enabled.
